Account context that survives the handover.

Qualme keeps a running, sourced memory of every enterprise customer relationship. When an account changes hands, the next owner gets a two-minute briefing instead of starting from zero.

Handover from Priya S. to Daniel K. · Renewal in 94 days · $310K ARR

Current state At risk

Usage is steady, but the relationship has cooled since the March outage. The economic buyer has stopped attending QBRs and a competitor came up on the last call.

Why, with evidence

  • Competitor named by the Director of Ops
Honestly we're getting a demo from another vendor next month, just to see.Call recording, 23:41
  • Outage ticket closed, but the root-cause writeup was never sent
  • VP Finance skipped the last two QBRs

Still owed to the customer

  • Outage root-cause writeup (promised Mar 28)
  • SSO rollout plan for the two new clinics

Don't

Don't open with the price increase. Marcus pushed back on it last renewal.

Illustrative example. The company, people, and quotes are fictional.

The problem

Health scores say an account is at risk. They don't say why.

The why lives in call remarks, ticket threads, and notes a CSM never typed anywhere structured. It usually lives in one person's head, and it's lost at exactly the moments it matters most.

A CSM leaves

Two weeks' notice, a thin handover doc, and years of relationship history walk out the door.

An account is reassigned

Book rebalancing moves accounts to people who have never met the customer.

Renewals takes over

A separate renewal team inherits the account right before the conversation that decides it.

An escalation lands

Leadership steps in and needs the full story before the call, not after it.

Risk gets rediscovered, not carried forward

The new owner spends weeks re-learning who matters, what was promised, and what almost went wrong last quarter. Meanwhile the customer is asked to repeat themselves, and trust the last owner built has to be earned again.

General AI assistants don't solve it

They can summarize files someone gathers and pastes in. They don't keep a persistent record, don't notice when an account changes owner, and can't reach Salesforce fields, Gainsight timelines, or support tickets on their own.

How it works

A living account memory, briefed at the moment of handover.

Qualme sits alongside the CS and CRM tools your team already runs on. It adds the qualitative story behind the score and doesn't replace your system of record.

  1. 1 · Capture

    Ingest every touchpoint

Call transcripts, support tickets, email threads, and quick CSM notes flow in as they happen.

  2. 2 · Remember

    Build the account memory

A timeline of key events, a stakeholder map, open commitments, and sentiment over time. Every line links to its source.

  3. 3 · Brief

    Trigger on real events

An owner change, a resignation date, an escalation, or an upcoming renewal generates a short, sourced brief automatically.

  4. 4 · Ask

    Question the record

“Has pricing come up before?” “Who signed off last renewal?” The new owner gets a sourced answer, not a guess.

An exit flow for departing CSMs

In a CSM's last two weeks, a short guided flow shows what Qualme already knows about each account and asks for what was never written down.

Integrations

Works with the stack your CS team already uses.

Briefings land inside the tools CSMs open every day, so nobody has to adopt a new system to use them.

Who it's for

Enterprise CS teams where accounts change hands routinely.

VPs of Customer Success

Stop losing renewals to context that disappeared with a departing CSM, and see the why behind every at-risk score.

Named-CSM teams

Best fit for organizations with 15 or more CSMs managing named enterprise accounts.

Split CSM and renewal teams

Where a separate renewals or account team inherits accounts from CSMs, the handover is built into the org chart.
